As a mentee, you will meet with your mentor online at least once a month and receive guidance on topics such as college applications, projects, internships, scholarships, STEM careers, and other academic or professional questions. The program is completely FREE to participate in.

What if one of the earliest computer programs was written nearly 200 years ago, before modern computers even existed? Meet Ada Lovelace, a 19th-century mathematician who recognized the potential of Charles Babbage's Analytical Engine and wrote what is widely considered the first computer program. Today, Ada Lovelace Day celebrates her legacy and the contributions of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). It's a chance to discover the women behind groundbreaking innovations and inspire the next generation of girls to explore STEM and change the future.

Your turn: Find a woman in STEM whose work inspires you and share her story to make her contributions known. The future of STEM is being built every day, and it's time we celebrate the women building it!

University Applications 101 is a panel designed to help high school students better understand the university application process.

Students will hear advice from recent high school graduates who have attended universities such as Harvard, McMaster, and Duke, covering topics like choosing universities, applications, scholarships, personal statements, and preparing for university.

Interested in mentoring young women in STEM during the 2026–2027 school year? Sign up to support and guide a mentee throughout their STEM journey. Mentors will be paired with a mentee based on career interests and will meet once a month throughout the program.
