Become a Mentor
In an effort to increase female representation in science, we match our high school members with college student and professional women in STEM mentors. They are able to focus on questions and assistance that the high schooler has in terms of college and career advice, school advice, and being a woman in STEM!
How to Become a Mentor:
Get in Contact: Fill out this form to let us know you would like to join our team as a mentor, as well as what you would bring to the organization.
Learn More: A member of our Leadership Team will contact you when you have been paired with a mentee, and will give more information on your role as a mentor.
Kick it Off: You will be paired with one of our members or ambassadors. You will be able to begin giving advice, having meetings (virtual or in person), and working alongside our organization!
Please note that mentors must commit to at least 1 meeting a month with your mentee, based on your schedule.
